This position is responsible for day to day activities of Admin department and related activities. Administrative Assistant will ensure compliance with all established FLSAR programs and maintain compliance with Kingdom and Flowserve standards.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Accessing the local pool of talent s, using local language and networks including social networks, Universities and other KSA institutes, referrals and JVP connections ( full Recruitment cycle)
Co-ordinate recruitment activity with Hiring Managers, HR and candidates, organizing dates, time and venue of interviews
Manage the selection of applicants to roles by scanning applications and assess suitability through initial telephone interview to progress to next level of process
Produce and contribute to the design of aligned recruitment material
Co-ordinate with local team to ensure offers and terms and conditions are generated with other relevant recruitment material in a timely manner and all referencing is executed
Design communication emails going out from HR/Admin department
Probation Period tracking for New Joiners. Communication to all staff on New joiners
Supporting HR Policies implementation
Supporting with HR and Office Admin reporting
Employees Personal files updates
Annual Leave tracking, including vacation tracking, vacation balance updates and sick leaves tracking
Medical Insurance Tracking - assignment, employees inquiries, payments control etc.
Manage GOSI account - monthly reports, updating employees status, documenting employment contracts via GOSI website by upload their latest renewal of contract and mentioned their starting date.
Any additional responsibilities when and if required basis
Preferred Experience / Skills: Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience within Administrative tasks.
Experience with Saudi Labor, GOSI and with other Governmental process
Experience with documentation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral, written and organizational skills
Exceptional computer skills
Positive and Can Do attitude.
Previous experience working as Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Flexibility and willingness to for within kingdom travel
Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
Problem solving skills.
