For our sites in Agathenburg we are looking for Field Service Representative (M/F/T).

Are you a good communicator, friendly and able to keep a cool head even in stressful situations? Then you have come to the right place! We are not only looking for technicians, but also motivated people with a commercial background who are good at organizing themselves and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. In this position, you can expect a variety of tasks where it is important to always keep an overview.

Please note that the place of work is in our QRC in Stade / Agathenburg every day - an on-site presence is essential.

Your tasks:

• Creating cost estimates and discounts as specified and scheduling orders

• Order processing and order acceptance in German and English

• Creating offers for standard products according to specified lists

• Customer advice and support in German and English

• Planning and scheduling service calls

• Customer visits

• Complaints processing

• Creating cost estimates

• Creating documentation for the customer

• Checking the credit limit in collaboration with accounting

Your profile:

• Training in the metal technology or industrial mechanics field with further training as a master craftsman / technician

• High affinity for the technical and commercial field

• Hands-on mentality when solving our customers' technical problems

• High level of commitment and flexibility as well as excellent communication skills and enthusiasm

• Fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs as well as SAP and CRM tools
