Our two-year trainee program includes:
Collaboration in the optimization of processes in interdisciplinary teams along the entire value chain
Working in various areas of the company, in particular supporting planning processes
Project responsibility for the conception and introduction of new planning strategies
Analysis of key business figures and visualization of business processes
In addition:
Deep insights into all functional areas of the location, communication and interaction with all departments
Assignment abroad at one of our international locations in Europe, Asia or North America
Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, lean training, project management, etc.)
Continuous support from a personal mentor
Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, business mathematics or similar
Interest and enthusiasm for the topics of digitalization, technology and organization
Hands-on mentality and personal responsibility in the processing and implementation of projects
Very high level of self-discipline, organization and accuracy
Very good command of English and German
Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a high level of social competence
